伊賀焼は三重県伊賀市で焼かれている陶器。日本六古窯のひとつ。また産地が近接している信楽焼との関係も深い。

主な歴史：7～8世紀／さまざまな雑器、寺院の瓦などが作られ始める。16世紀／伊賀城主の筒井定次の奨励により茶陶として注目されるようになる。1700年代／藤堂高嶷が丸柱の陶工に印を与え御用品を焼かせてから茶陶に加え日用品も作られるようになった。1982年／国から伝統的工芸品の指定を受ける。
